Great Northeast Winter Boot
I have had this boot for several weeks in the upstate NY area mid winter. I love it so far. I love the looks of it – under jeans or over a pair of skinnies. They are toasty, have a nice soft but thin lining which I have no problem keeping inside the boot despite other reviews to the contrary. Slush and muck, snow, sleet etc I have never ended up with wet socks wearing these. They seem to have a solid tread good for slippery conditions. They are form fitting, making them easy to drive with compared to some clunky sorrel-type boots I used to have. However, I could see someone with wider feet having a tight squeeze. I wear a 6.5 or 6 in a high heel pump, but I ordered the equivalent to a 7-7.5 to accomodate for socks. They have plenty of wiggle room in the toe box. Overall I’d say the best winter boots I’ve ever owned, most versatile and stand up to the elements great. Well worth it. They cost over $160-200 at the store, I got mine from amazon for $106 on sale. Have no problems standing around or walking long distances with them.
PAJAR WINTER BOOTS
This boots are warm and comfortable but not water-proof. None the less I wear them every day now because of the durability and comfort. Also, I wear 8 1/2 and purchased size 9 and they were kinda big, but since I wear the insole it worked for me fine.
