Love ‘em , with these exceptions….
At first these were slightly tight in the width at the ball of the foot– solved that problem by stuffing them tight with socks for about an hour, then they stretched just enough and fit perfectly. These boots have no cushioning in the arch and sole, which caused fatigue for my feet ( high arches)– solved this by purchasing cushioned inserts. The soles have no traction– on dry surfaces fine, but I nearly slipped a couple of times on wet sidewalks. Love the buttons. Comfortable after the aforementioned adjustments, and happy with this purchase.Softer than a regular shoe, so it’s a little like wearing slippers. Price is good.
Great Moccasins
These moccasins are so great. They are very comfortable with soft leather. But not much foot/arch support, which is expected. These aren’t sneakers. They are so cute with a little dress, or even jeans tucked in. So casual gives the “looking cute without even trying” effect.
Love the boots!
I bought these boots for my daughter (14) who wanted moccasins originally. They reminded me of boots I would have wore in the late 60′s – early 70′s and figured if she hated them (which right now I cannot pick out anything she seems to like) I would inherit them gladly. However, as it turns out, I scored on these with her! She wears them to school (High School) and gets lots of compliments from kids. They are unique, holding up well in the rain, and just plain cool! I want a pair – but then I would have the same boots as she does and that would not go over well
