Horrible return policy
Why hasn’t this company return policy been addressed. First you do not get a confirmation email that the order has been placed and you do not get a confirmation email of the shipment. You need to make two phone calls to get this information. Then their sizing chart is not accurate. Since I wear a 9 9/12 I ordered a US 9-10 and even thought it might be a little large. When it arrived the tag said 8-9 and the shoe said 7-8 and it was too small. When I called customer service I was told I should have measured my feet before I ordered my size because they come from brazil. I told them there was nothing on their website that said if you wear a US 9-10 you should order an 11-12. I was told if I wanted the larger size I would need to pay to have them shipped back and then pay to have the new pair shipped back to me. So 3 shipping charges because their sizes are not true to size. This company could care less about the customer. I said well I would like to just return them because you sent me the wrong size, I was told I would have to pay to have them returned because Havianas under no circumstances pays to have returns sent back to them. I cannot support a company who treats their potential customers like this.

With few exceptions I wear only flip flops due to a foot that needs some work. Havaianas are the best out there.
They last forever and I live way out in the desert where there are spines and burrs on almost every plant and tree and I can walk around the property with these on for the most part. Before this latest round of purchases I had a pair that was at least 5 years old. My only complaint is the the sizing varies alot…I had to give my daughter one pair that I ordered because it was way too big.
best flip flops ever
i love these slim havaianas. they don’t make my feet look big/fat (sometimes the regular-sized ones will), and they’re super comfortable. they’re the only flip flops with non-cloth uppers that i’ll wear in humid climates (would wear leather, but it molds)–all the others will rub/stick because of the humidity and cause blisters.
