Finding the right size for these great shoes
Ok, after reading about Capezio sizes and after a call to Second Skin Store for sizing, I ordered a size 8 1/2. The insole measures 10″ and I figured they would fit well. Wrong! They are narrower than regular sneakers.I take Zumba and have a lot of other classmates looking for a dance sneaker. We all wear them with white gym socks. D, who wears a size 7 always, bought the 8 1/2. G, who wears a size 7 1/2 to 8 (but prefers narrow in the 8), fit into the size 9. I wear an 8 street shoe and fit into the 9 1/2. So I guess a size and a half up is what’s working for us.The arch in the center of the shoe is high and so it feels a little strange. I wore them for class last night and they were great. I might put a small heel pad into the shoe if I don’t get accustomed to the arch. Swiveling and turning were a breeze. This sizing is the same for the Rock-It. Hope this helps!

Feet Saver!
I was looking for some dance tennis shoes for my dance aerobic’s classes. A friend of mine recommended Capezio. I went searching and found these! This is awesome!!! You can move,twist and drag your feet; the shoes takes you where you have to go. It is wonderfull! Last Sunday I took an 8-hour dance conference, I danced the entire time with my Capezios and no pain! I was brave enough to try them for the first time in this crazy 8-hour conference. I was extremelly pleased!

I was using my regular tennis shoes before and always had knee pains because my feet wouldn’t turn. My tennis shoes would grab the floor and I would force the turn. Now with my new Capezios, I became a better dancer!

I also ordered one full size bigger from my regular shoes. I might try to order half a size bigger next time because my feet is not a 6.5 nor a 7. But if you always wears one size, get one full size bigger. But I’m fine with one size bigger, they don’t come off.

Comfortable with good support
I bought these for Zumba classes because regular sneakers are clunky and stick to the floor, making it difficult to pivot, slide, and shake to the latin beat. I’m enjoying the class so much more with the right shoes. According to the Zumba instructor, these shoes shouldn’t be worn for other fitness classes, so the price offered on Amazon.com was just right. My street shoe size is 8; and based on the reviews I read, I bought a size 9, and they fit.

This dance shoe is constructed very well, but the size runs small. I purchased this shoe a half size larger than what my daughter wears and it was still too small. Consider buying a full size larger.
