I am a nurse who works 12 hr shifts, but usually it averages out to 13-14 hrs. By the end of the day my feet were throbbing and sore. Since buying these mbt shoes, my feet are not throbbing. I feel as if I am walking on little trampolines.
Fabulous Shoe But Runs Small
MBTs are the most amazing shoe! I have suffered with plantar fasciitis for about one year and have tried everything except surgery to relieve the pain. I bought a pair of the sandels and they relieved the pain immediately. I wore them out and so I bought these tennis shoes in the same size, however they ran more narrow and 1/2 size shorter. Otherwise, I love, love, love them!
Same distance, better workout!
These shoes are great. They took a bit of getting used to for the first few wears, but they absolutely add exertion to my walk – and my calves are looking great.
Also, the jarring of my lower back (when my heels hit the ground in regular shoes) is gone.
My only complaint is that MBT do not offer more “animal cruelty free” styles…but I am happy that these ones are.
